Emanuele Davide Ruffino
Health economics expert, author, lecturer and Chairman of the Board.

He is the author of several essays on health economics, including "Healthcare at a Crossroads" and the "Healthcare Dictionary", published by Il Sole24ore. His first work dates back to 1995 with "Notions of Health Economics" (CESPI ed), followed by "Health Economics: from necessity to scientific discipline" (Usas ed), "Healthcare systems compared. Europe and USA: after the Welfare State, prospects for healthcare reform" (Blu editoriale), "Understanding Healthcare" (Politea ed.), plus more than one hundred publications in various specialized journals including the Italian Health Agency, the Medical Newsletter (Piccin Editore), Il Medico d'Italia, Torino Medica, Mecosan, "Modern Economic Thought", "Law and Economics", "Economics, Society and Institutions" etc. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Quadrant Orthopedic Center of Omegna and auditor at RivaBanca and at both public and private entities and companies. Since 2018 he has been lecturer in "Economics and Organization of Welfare Systems" at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Turin.
