Today she is part of the Scientific Committee of the Fondazione Istituto Piemontese Antonio Gramsci, which she led from 2015 to 2020. After a long managerial career in companies (FIAT, Olivetti) and public administrations (Piedmont Region), she dedicated herself to teaching, training and designing initiatives focused on current political and socio-economic issues. In particular, she is interested in the development prospects of digital technologies, both on the economic level and on that of their social impact. She is the author of numerous essays, articles and books, the latest being "Work and value in the age of robots. Artificial intelligence and non-employment", co-authors Andrea Surbone and Pietro Terna, and "Economy and politics after the catastrophe. The legacy of Claudio Napoleoni" together with Massimo Amato.
